Is sheppard smith a racist?

In an interview on national TV, sheppard smith allegedly was rude and insensative, to a black man, but why did he act the way that he did was there some reason behind that behavior?  The story was about how invasive the department of family and children services, can be when they thought that a woman was using drugs during pregnancy.

However, at some point the woman was compelled to do a drug test and that in itself was the story yet Shep Smith seemed to not understand what the story was about.

There is a consitutional issue here, a woman was forced to testify against her will, the test was faulty, as a result the state took her child away from her, and she lost something more valuable than you can imagine, time, they took 75 days away from this woman.

the Supreme Court ruled that the Fourth Amendment applies to the states by
way of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

The fifth amendment,
“nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be
deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;”

This woman was allegedly unfairly treated and allegedly was forced to testify against herself, that is a violation of the constitution.

But apparently that was not of interest to Shepard Smith, why was he allegedly acting so allegedly badly?

The story was that the Young lady was accused of doing drugs during pregnancy, because her child had a seizure now this begs the question, why was the mother automatically suspected of doing drugs, because allegedly it is not uncommon for a child to have a seizure, though it is a disturbing thing to see, it can happen and not be the result of any kind of drug use by the mother.

Sheppard Smith approached the story, being very skeptical, he called it “the poppy defence” but what probable cause actually existed at the time this woman was compelled to testify against herself?

Why did sheppard smith act the way he did toward the womans attorney?

Sheppard Smith asked a question that was unfair (allegedly) and it was a question that was impossible to answer.

He asked, was the woman still suspected of doing drugs?

Since he was asking her attorney, a question that only the state could answer, it was not possible for her attorney to answer what was in the mind or mentation of the DFCAS, so again, why did Sheppard Smith act so rudly, would he have treated a white attorney the same way as he treated the black man?  We may never know the answer to that question, but it is a problem because Fox news continues to generate news that is less than fair and less than ballanced, yet they claim to be fair and ballanced.

Fair and Ballanced, are more than just words, they are the pillars, of the foundation of our way of life.

Fairness, is what caused this nation to be born, Ballance, is what justice is all about but when you have a media company that bends the presentation of facts to suit what ever opinion they might have at the time, (allegedly) it can be a real issue because we need real news, not opinion, without fact, that can be had anywhere at any price.

I hope that fox news gets its collective act together soon because they are one side of a complex media puzzle, there is a problem with one sided coverage, and that may be why sometimes it may seem as if Fox news, goes a little over board on its coverage, (allegedly)

However, that is really not the entire story here.
