Is Casee innocent or guilty or just stupid?

Can Casee get a fair trial in Flordia

Is the legal System Broken?

When the people cannot prove a case should they not work for proper punishment?

Most people think that Casee Anthony is Guilty, some think that she should be beaten and put to death.

Still others suggest that she should be given mental health treatments, perhaps even going so far as to say that she should never be allowed to have a child again?

Wait, are you serious, do some people living in Florida think that this girl should be sterilized so this never happens again?

When the media portrays a situation which might have been an accident as if the girl is a monster, to get advertisers for their new stations, is that not a conflict of interest in news reporting?

What is the real issue here, a small beautiful child lost her life, due to her mothers alleged stupidity and or willful neglect, is that actual or is that just the state of Florida, doing every thing they can to make sure that someone “anyone” is held responsible, that someone pays, and is held to an impossible standard, you have to wonder, because you look at a forensic, scientist, (if you can really call them that at all) and if all they have is one or two hairs, that may have come from the child, but they may or may not have been alive, or dead, wait, are you confused yet?

You should be because what we are seeing here is a media circus, and perhaps we are seeing a miscarriage of justice, what if, for a moment, what if, the media were not involved in this case at all.

What if there were no TV cameras, allowed…

Stupid is as stupid does…

What if, the state of Florida had to actually prove its allegations, beyond a reasonable doubt…

Think about that for a moment, how often do we allow what should have been private conversations between parent and child to be broadcast on the evening news…

Makes you wonder about the state of the justice system in the Great state of Florida.

I can tell you one thing, this case was badly handled, (allegedly) from the start.

There continue to be an absence of relevant information presented at this trial, or so it would seem, because all we are seeing of it is this admittedly very thin evidence, (if you can even call it that) there is very little evidence tying this girl to a dead body having been in the truck of back of a vehicle.

One thing that I find incredible here is that we have a girl that is obviously not the brightest tool in the shed, here and the best that the State of Florida can present to attempt and tie this girl to the death of this child is very (allegedly) weak testimony from some science geek that cannot really as a matter of fact produce one piece of evidence that 100 percent ties this girl to a crime.

Is she stupid, you bet, not doubt about it…

Does she need mental help, again you bet, your beef cakes.

Was she smart enough to hide all the evidence so that it was never discovered, until all the evidence was gone, this I believe is an easy No, this girl was not that smart.

It would seem that if this girl was half as smart as the State of Florida would have you think that she is, we would not be listening to some geek sitting in a chair with very little “real” evidence that any crime was committed at all.

In a statement given allegedly by a third party, the use of the word advised, is used on several occasions, this apparently and allegedly was in some reports from the orange county sheriff, but do real people talk like that at all?

Or do LAW  ENFORCEMENT, individuals talk like this?

Do Law Enforcement officers, make statements, like subject advised me that, or this person advised me of this fact, this is just not accurate, real people in real life do not talk like this at all.
