Sell every­thing you own just to try to stay out of jail?

Is this an attempt by the sen­ate to bypass the con­sti­tu­tion?

It is real­ly a seri­ous prob­lem, sim­ply because this bill is alleged­ly so bad­ly framed that even a child might become a felon under this bill, it is alleged­ly opres­sive and might even be ille­gal.  Yet, our con­gress passed on it, again alleged­ly.

Imag­ine how this might work if the wrong peo­ple decid­ed to do the wrong thing at the wrong time.
