I can’t believe what’s hap­pen­ing in this coun­try! The news yes­ter­day so clear­ly high­lights the dis­par­i­ty between real­i­ty and the nar­ra­tive that the big gov­ern­ment pro­pa­gan­da machine is push­ing, how can you do any­thing but shake your head in dis­be­lief? On the same day that Pres­i­dent Oba­ma gave his ridicu­lous “jobs” speech, we were greet­ed by this head­line “FBI Issues Search War­rants at Cal­i­for­nia Solar Firm Tout­ed by Oba­ma.” The sto­ry here is that Solyn­dra took more than $500 mil­lion dol­lars from Oba­ma to “cre­ate jobs” by mak­ing solar pan­els but,despite the giant for­tune fun­neled to them from the fed­er­al gov­ern­ment, they sud­den­ly went com­plete­ly out of busi­ness.

Despite this evi­dence that his big spend­ing poli­cies have epi­cal­ly failed, despite the promis­es that there were “shov­el ready jobs” that Oba­ma lat­er joked about by say­ing, “shov­el-ready was not as shov­el-ready as we expect­ed,” despite the oth­er false promis­es that the first tril­lion they stole would upgrade our infra­struc­ture and keep unem­ploy­ment under 8%, despite the over­whelm­ing evi­dence that near­ly a tril­lion dol­lars worth of Amer­i­can trea­sure was com­plete­ly wast­ed in the first stim­u­lus, this Pres­i­dent had the audac­i­ty to demand that Con­gress imme­di­ate­ly pass anoth­er half a tril­lion dol­lars worth of stim­u­lus.

Over and over again, Oba­ma and his band of thieves have robbed the Amer­i­can peo­ple in broad day­light and this lat­est job pro­pos­al is just anoth­er bla­tant exam­ple. They don’t even have enough cre­ativ­i­ty to change their lies or their meth­ods; it’s the same scam with the same emp­ty promis­es and pro­ce­dures. This pro­pos­al is SIMPLE THEFT and if we allow them to screw us again, it will sig­nal that the ide­al of Amer­i­ca lib­er­ty has tak­en its last breath.

The Tea Par­ty helped elect Repub­li­cans in 2010 in order to pro­vide a check on Obama’s brand of tyran­ny, but this mes­sage from Speak­er John Boehn­er does lit­tle to instill con­fi­dence that they got the mes­sage: “The pro­pos­als the Pres­i­dent out­lined tonight mer­it con­sid­er­a­tion. We hope he gives seri­ous con­sid­er­a­tion to our ideas as well…”

This pro­pos­al does not deserve even the small­est amount of con­sid­er­a­tion. This Con­gress was elect­ed in 2010 with the man­date to put a check on Obama’s tyran­ny and appar­ent­ly they didn’t get the mes­sage. Using our peti­tion sys­tem it will only take you a cou­ple of moments to send a let­ter to your elect­ed rep­re­sen­ta­tives let­ting them know that this pro­pos­al is noth­ing more than anoth­er thiev­ing scam, and that you are pay­ing atten­tion. Please demand that not only do they not pass this bill, that they don’t even debate it.
