Common Sense, its really not that hard to figure out but why does it seem like congress just cannot figure it all out.
A bill was just introduced that would make it a felony, If you happened to have on a T shirt expressing your constitutionally guaranteed right to free speech.
Now, were definitely against people yelling and shouting down a speaker that is not freedom of speech that is the opposite of freedom, but how hard is it to figure out how to write a bill that covers the bases of what it was intended to do and not do something stupid like what happened recently in Florida.
