Should people be making comments about an ongoing murder case where the opinion of the public could be influenced?

Should fox news be doing this?

They talk about reading body language, and getting all these personal opinions from these talking heads that frankly are obnoxious at best and at worse they are just play stupid.

Is the state of Florida right in pursuing the death penalty?

Should Fox news be commenting on a case where it is possible that news coverage might find its way into the jury pool for future cases?

The thing here is simple should we be making opinion and news features about a highly politicized case where the state of Florida is actively seeking to use any and every means at their disposal to create a case against Cally Anthony.  The sad thing here is that a child has died, but was it an accident or was it done on purpose?

Any time you have a situation where the death of a child is involved emotions run high, it is a horrible situation, yet, should we not know without a doubt that there has been an intentional crime, a pre-meditated crime?
