Protesting and congress

Com­mon Sense, its real­ly not that hard to fig­ure out but why does it seem like con­gress just can­not fig­ure it all out.

A bill was just intro­duced that would make it a felony, If you hap­pened to have on a T shirt express­ing your con­sti­tu­tion­al­ly guar­an­teed right to free speech.

Now, were def­i­nite­ly against peo­ple yelling and shout­ing down a speak­er that is not free­dom of speech that is the oppo­site of free­dom, but how hard is it to fig­ure out how to write a bill that cov­ers the bases of what it was intend­ed to do and not do some­thing stu­pid like what hap­pened recent­ly in Flori­da.
