Why is the State of Flori­da pur­su­ing the death Penal­ty when it is alleged­ly obvi­ous that this is not a death penal­ty case?

When jus­tice goes wrong…

The idea that ethics charges are a prob­lem in Flori­da could alleged­ly be cause for an inves­ti­ga­tion.

When the Orange coun­ty Legal offices, rou­tine­ly and alleged­ly over charge a case is this very close to the legal line?

Should the state be engag­ing in legal tac­tics, alleged­ly for the pur­pose of coerc­ing a sus­pect into a con­fes­sion or plea bar­gain?

This is a seri­ous issue and it is some­thing that needs to be exam­ined, the con­sti­tu­tion exists for a pur­pose it was cre­at­ed to pre­vent this type of insult to the peo­ple, yet some­how in the state of Flori­da it is ok, alleged­ly to engage in these par­tic­u­lar­ly unusu­al tac­tics.
