When you begin to look at all the land that has been “reserved” for one use or anoth­er by the Feds, you would be not only shocked and out­raged but also unbe­liev­ing.

Folks you may not real­ize it but the EPA is set to des­ig­nate any land in the Unit­ed States even per­haps Your land and grant them­selves the author­i­ty to des­ig­nate it as a fed­er­al water­way.

‘Clar­i­ty!” has been the bat­tle cry of the EPA over the last year as it put the final touch­es on its expan­sive and over­reach­ing def­i­n­i­tion of “waters of the Unit­ed States” (or “WOTUS”). And yet, a week after the final rule was pub­lished, the only clar­i­ty the EPA has pro­vid­ed is its intent to snatch up every piece of land that can chan­nel, pool, or absorb water and include it with­in its new­ly mint­ed juris­dic­tion.

This should scare the he dou­ble tooth­picks out of any sane amer­i­can. 

Oh, yes, even if it can just hold water, could be the desert, could be your back yard mud pud­dle.

Oba­ma’s new “Waters of the US” rule rede­fines much of Amer­i­ca’s pri­vate prop­er­ty be fed­er­al­ly-con­trolled water­ways.

The new EPA rule con­sid­ers a “fed­er­al water­way” to be any and all pri­vate prop­er­ty with any dry land fea­ture that could hold any water.

Under this rule, even the deserts would be con­trolled by the gov­ern­ment as “fed­er­al water­ways.”

Take a stand and stop WOTUS…

This has to stop, we can­not stand by and allow this to hap­pen and we need to send a clear mes­sage to con­gress that fail­ing to take action will not be tol­er­at­ed.

This is still Amer­i­ca and while there are a few of us that are not right in the head, that does not mean that you can run over all Amer­i­cans, take their land and raise tax­es at every oppor­tu­ni­ty, this is cor­rup­tion plain and sim­ple and it makes Grants Admin­is­tra­tion (con­sid­ered in the past as one of the most cor­rupt admin­is­tra­tions in his­to­ry) look like boy scouts in com­par­i­son, though that may have changed recent­ly as well.
