super congress Unconstitutional?

Spread the love

It is Amazing stuff here we are seeing what amounts to allegedly criminal activity by our own congress?

This idea of a super committee, with the idea that if they don’t compromise in some way, that benefits Washingtonians view of this mess we are currently in, is not only stupid but unconstitutional.  We have serious problems, and no matter what happens next, we must follow the constitution, why?

Because it has gotten us this far, and you know what without it we would be nothing.

We survived, for two reasons, and more, but the most important reasons that America because so strong and powerful was that God fearing men and the women that supported them risked their lives to produce what we have as the constitution, we have gotten away from that over the years.

Will this to appoint a committee to allegedly bypass the will of the American people and allegedly raise taxes on the wealthy, and allegedly have all this decided by a small group of individuals, constitutionally sound with words like the Gang of six being  talked about on TV,

but I read no where in the constitution where a spending bill can be originated by any gang at all.

This is unconstitutional and it must not be allowed to stand.

Spending bills shall originate in the house not in the senate and the United States of America, Gangs do not run this nation.

Not gangs of Six or Gangs of 12 or Gangs, of any congressional sort.

We must serious progress and not the type that Harry Reid wants either, 80 percent of America wants this fixed and gangs are not the Answer.

“The exclusive privilege of originating money bills will belong to the House of Representatives.”

This is the way it has always been but suddenly when the American people are against what Washington wants to do, then they can find some kind of ignorant method of trying to bypass the will of the people?

The house should reject this and send again the bills that have not yet been considered, and continue to send them until they have so many copies sitting on their tables, that there is room for nothing else. There can be only one answer here and it is to return to sane spending levels of 2007 that is what needs to be done, because if we keep on doing what we have been doing there will be another depression and no one wants that right?

Because The American people were clear in the last election, we must have a sane and fair resolution to this issue.
