Oba­ma has direct­ed the Depart­ment of Home­land Secu­ri­ty to enact an AMNESTY pro­gram.
U. S. Cit­i­zen­ship and Immi­gra­tion Ser­vices (USCIS) has cir­cu­lat­ed a shock­ing Mem­o­ran­dum
defin­ing the details of the DHS plan to cir­cum­vent Con­gres­sion­al Autho­riza­tion.

In sum­ma­ry it says, “In the absence of Com­pre­hen­sive Immi­gra­tion Reform
[AKA AMNESTY], USCIS can extend ben­e­fits and/or pro­tec­tions to…
appli­cants who entered the Unit­ed States with­out inspec­tion…
and would allow thou­sands [like­ly mil­lions] to become law­ful res­i­dents…
indi­vid­ual appli­cants deemed inad­mis­si­ble under the Immi­gra­tion and Nation­al­i­ty
Act hav­ing entered with­out inspec­tion [AKA ILLEGALLY]…
the USCIS could grant ‘parole-in-place’ [AKA AMNESTY].”
