Big news and you know what else this might be the beginning of official censorship.

FEC Dems lay groundwork to ban Fox.

What does this mean for the greatly dishonest media?

One thing seems clear there are people beginning to examine the process of how the media disseminate coverage even if its not exactly sane or even legal.

First though lets have a look at what the FEC actually is, I know you probably did not even realize there is a FEC, because at first it just sounds like most any other three letter government agency, you know like the EPC, the SEC, ABC, NBC, opps, got carried away with sarcasm for a second there.

With all Seriousness the Federal Election Commission is an organization that is charged with (among other things)

to administer and enforce the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) – the statute that governs the financing of federal elections.

You might be thinking the same thing that millions of other americans are thinking right now, “Err, what does that  have to do with banning Fox news and other media outlets from reporting on elections?

Well, try as we may, we can’t either, looking at what they are and what they should be doing we can’t see where they have the authority to do such a thing in the first place but why should that stop them there are plenty of other three letter or four letter government agencies that seem to make things up as they go along as well and congress does nothing to stop them either.

So officially (see source link above)

In 1975, Congress created the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to administer and enforce the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) – the statute that governs the financing of federal elections. The duties of the FEC, which is an independent regulatory agency, are to disclose campaign finance information, to enforce the provisions of the law such as the limits and prohibitions on contributions, and to oversee the public funding of Presidential elections.
The Commission is made up of six members, who are  appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. Each member serves a six-year term, and two seats are subject to appointment every two years. By law, no more than three Commissioners can be members of the same political party, and at least four votes are required for any official Commission action. This structure was created to encourage nonpartisan decisions. The Chairmanship of the Commission rotates among the members each year, with no member serving as Chairman more than once during his or her term.

It really is suspect and politically incorrect, sorry could not help that last wise crack.

being entirely serious (if thats possible) is there anything that democrats will not try to do to the american people as a whole in the name of doing something they think is important?

Americans are so tired of all of this garbage all the while congress and Washington are failing to do the peoples business.

Makes you wonder just how dysfunctional Washington has become and also it makes you think that we all have to vote in November because we cannot afford to keep going the way we have been going, America must have change (Real Change) If we are to continue as a nation.

We have to vote and we have to make sure that our friends are voting.

Vote 2016 because if you sit on the couch you may just end up wishing you had voted.
