Police corruption?

Is this police cor­rup­tion, this is wrong and the Gov­er­nor of the State of Ari­zona needs to send state troop­ers, down there to make sure this sit­u­a­tion is fixed. 

The Police took over this town and they declared Mar­tial law, this is get­ting out of hand how can we have this kind of cor­rup­tion?
