the Obama Crisis?

Is this a real Cri­sis, and is this what caused the cur­rent cri­sis, so what will be do to make this cri­sis stop, because the cri­sis is a prob­lem, because every­thing here over the last three years has been due to a cri­sis, not of his own mak­ing but always some­one Else’s fault some­one Else’s prob­lem, some­one else.
