The Balance of Power

Spread the love

The Judiciary branch is part of the balance of power setup in the constitution, the problem is that it is possible to change that balance of power.

There is a subtle flow of power between the difference branches of government and it is something that is quite interesting.

IT was setup in a way that was balanced.

This has not always worked the way we hoped, some decisions were made that were obviously wrong.

Others may be as close to right as possible.

The problem is a simple one, the court must be balanced.

Replacing someone that represented a large segment of the people of the United States, with someone that does not represent those people is wrong.

If you can’t see the fairness of that then that means you cannot understand the differences between right and wrong.
