Protests, Tshirts and the American Way

[kc_background_pac_1_heading_12]Congress is Missing
in Action,
Where are our Leaders…[/kc_background_pac_1_heading_12]

The United States is on the brink of financial ruin, the dollar is worth less than it was in 2001, more than 24 Million Americans are unable or unwilling to find a job.

We live in a nation where on average there are more murders in our largest cities, than there are on the battlefield in foreign wars.

We are facing the most difficult social and financial situations this nation has ever faced and the news story below, is what congress thinks is the most important thing.

America are you not proud?

Where have we found our courage?

Perhaps it is time to begin to Recall Senators, Congressman who will not do their duty as prescribed by the
constitution of these United States of America.

Voters, what were you thinking in when you put people like Harry Reid who has betrayed his own party (allegedly) and the people of the United States.

I find it appalling disgusting and evil what the congress thinks is the way to deal with our problems is to make it a felony to protest after allowing the occupy wall-street movement to do what ever they wanted to do but now they want to make it a felony to wear a T shirt that may offend someone?

=====================================

The following News story was sent to us by email, we are providing coverage of this news story included below, the source is Watchdog.net

I find it not only Amazing that congress is so far gone that they are unable to see what is happening in our own nation because allegedly they are so busy amassing wealth that the rest of us will never have the opportunity to achieve, but they want to oppress and to create a nation of slaves.

Imagine an America in which the government can deny protest in any public space it deems fit. Where wearing a dissenting shirt around an elected official could be construed as a felony. Where First-Amendment protections become privileges subjectively doled out by the state. Sadly, that America is pretty much here.

In March, Congress passed HR 347, a bill that limits Americans’ ability to protest in public and on government grounds. Mainstream media didn’t raise peep, but now there’s finally some anger building. The bill, passed almost unanimously, makes it a federal offense punishable by up to ten years in prison to “knowingly” protest in the vicinity of the Secret Service–that is anywhere the Secret Service “is or will be temporarily visiting.”

It also makes many public events impervious to lawful protest. Any “National Security Special Event” (NSSE) requires Secret Service protection. NSSE-designated events have proliferated since 9/11 to include Super Bowls, concerts, campaign events, and now any public event that Very Important People want protest-free.

Most dangerously, it criminalizes protest. Under the bill, “disorderly or disruptive conduct” or activities that “impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions” could warrant felony charges. What constitutes such “disruptive conduct” rests in the eye of the beholder–or the eye of Eric Holder. To put it plainly: the government can decide where and when free speech is allowed and severely prosecute any “disruptive” activity, while we’re confined to “free speech zones.” We can help fix it, however! Join our petition below to protect our speech rights!

PETITION TO CONGRESS: We treasure our first amendment rights of free speech and public assembly! HR 347 limits valid arenas of peaceful public protest, and broadens the government’s ability to curtail civil liberties. We demand that Congress amend the bill to provide clearer language as to what constitutes “disruptions”; to allow for reasonable, peaceful protest at NSSEs and around Secret Service; and to ensure that no peaceful protest can ever be deemed a felony.

all you need to know about occupy wall street…

You know what, in a fox news story, this morning “if true”
the movement known as occupy wall street showed its true colors…

Here is the headline, that you should be reading about…

Homeless in New York turned away from Food at Occupy wall-street movement.

Here is a group of individuals, who claim to support a socialized approach to government. . .

But when it comes down to it, and they have the opportunity to show what they are, they do the selfish thing, they deny homeless, starving people from eating food…

Now that should tell you everything you ever want to know about the Occupy Wall-street movement.

Because if they were really about social change, the very people they turned away the hungry, the cold, the homeless are the ones they claim to be for helping…

In a perfect socialized world, no one is hungry, no one lacks food, or shelter, or any of the basic human requirements.

When it comes down to it, social justice is just a smoke screen for those that would enslave you and deprive you of all the rights they claim to want to provide you with, this is so typical of a liberal.

When given the chance to show how they care, they show how they do not care.

When given the opportunity to show they value social justice they show that they are no different
than the capitalists that they say they hate.

When given the opportunity to show that what they say and what they do are the same things, they
fail to show any serious intent.

When you look at it this way, you have to come to the conclusion that this group is little more than
the dregs of society, they have no real concerns that they are able to demonstrate are valid or accurate.

wall street thugs?

This was received in an email and may not represent the opinions or thoughts of the owners of this website or its administrators.

Have you noticed the media’s new obsession with the Occupy Wall Street movement? Yes, the same movement that has launched a smear campaign against capitalism and Tea Party principles – it is a pathetically perfect fit. However, we cannot stand silent as protestors demand more government spending and demonize the Tea Party movement.

When I saw these stats, it made me sick to my stomach. The media has been trying to invalidate and kill the Tea Party movement since its inception. Now they are helping OWS push a message of entitlements.  The media has continuously ignored conservative solutions and instead have acted as a mouthpiece for liberal demands.

I am standing up to this bias and fighting back against this dangerous and anti-American message, will you stand with me?

However, people like you, who have made our movement what it is today, are not in it for the fame or attention. Our movement has never needed a primetime spot or special attention – we just go out and get it done. In 2010, we exercised our strength by changing the landscape of Washington. We were able to accomplish that with the support of people that want to return America back to what made her great – freedom, hard-work and personal responsibility.

2012 is approaching fast and Occupy Wall Street is trying to attack our message of fiscal responsibility and limited government. They may have the media on their side, but we have the facts and the people on ours. Tea Party Express is excited and ready to repeat the success of 2010 and taking the Senate and the White House.  Help us fight against the protestors on Wall Street, fight against entitlements, fight against government growth and restore America to the principles that she was founded on.

Media Liars?

the following is a guest post and may not be the opinion of the owners of this website or its administrators.

Is the media a bunch of filthy stinking liars?

(allegedly)

You might wonder when you see the way they act on TV, and you might also wonder about the advertisers that choose to advertise on their show what about them, do they share in the exposure in trading with these media bobble heads?

It almost seems like an impossible thing to watch as the media seem to constantly attack the tea party and then you see them laud blessings upon the occupy wall street crowd, it is like someone slapping you in the face, but the thing is would you buy an advertised product from someone that insults you and allegedly assaults you?

Imagine for a moment a world where the Media actually reported on the news instead of making up news or only reporting one view point.

Sort of hard to imagine that right?

You would be correct in wondering what that might be like because journalism has died in America, Reporting the news, is something that no longer happens in the news. (allegedly)

What you have is opinion based entertainment, this includes the “so called” fair and balanced network…

So what can we expect to do?

Can we expect to see the media change?

Can we expect to see the real news someday soon?

You just never know for sure these days, but one thing is clear, I have a choice and I can choose to not support products that are advertised on these sorry allegedly low life scum buckets.   I can choose to buy some other product instead of those that are advertised on these lying media monger shows.

I can choose and that is something that the media cannot lie about…

The Tea party, supporters, and you know what we are not activists that is a label that the lame media have tried to paint the tea party with, we are not activists, we are supporters of life liberty and pursuit of happiness.

media bias again?

Can anyone beat the liberal media, and will Americans pay the price for
evil men who have no conscious?

Be very aware, we could be facing the second great depression very soon…

This content was received in an email,
(this contents are published here may not be the opinion of the owners of this website or its administrators)

Dear Patriot,
Over the last two weeks, we’ve seen a group of protesters called Occupy WallStreet grow from dozens to hundreds, and what had been a mostly peaceful protest in New York saw over 800 people arrested over the weekend for disturbing the peace. The demands of the group are unclear, and they’ve been protesting against issues ranging from the 2008 Wall Street bailouts to social inequality and global warming. With hundreds of arrests over the weekend, mainstream media coverage of the group has picked up, and there have been comparisons made between Occupy Wall Street and the Tea Party movement. Unsurprisingly, however, there has been none of the hate and venom directed at Occupy Wall Street as there has been directed at us.

Let me say this: the greed on Wall Street – which the federal government rewarded in 2008 with trillions of dollars of taxpayer money – is a problem that must be addressed. Occupy Wall Street, however, is not the Tea Party! First, and perhaps most obviously, despite holding hundreds of rallies across the country, the Tea Party movement has not seen a single event in which it had 800 members arrested. Second, while Occupy Wall Street has drawn maybe 2,000 protesters across the country, the Tea Party protests of April 15, 2009 brought out literally hundreds of thousands of supporters in a single day.

Third, and perhaps most tellingly, Occupy Wall Street’s demands are chaotic, incoherent, and decidedly liberal. They haven’t published clear demands, but the group’s website has a list of “proposed demands” that calls for higher taxes, more regulation and bigger government! In fact, their efforts at advancing the liberal agenda have won them the support of labor unions, as well as professional liberal gasbags Michael Moore and Susan Sarandon!

It’s because of their espousal of these liberal beliefs that the mainstream media has been supportive of Occupy Wall Street. When the Tea Party movement launched in 2009, Anderson Cooper took to the airwaves to call us “teabaggers,” and since then we’ve been under constant attack as being racist, ignorant, hateful, enemies of America, hobbits, terrorists, and right-wing extremists. We’ve been looked down upon by big-government politicians, told that we’re insignificant, and told to go straight to hell.

Because of the unfair treatment of the Tea Party in the media, we’ve come to the conclusion that we need to communicate with people directly and introduce them to who we actually are. We’re not the hateful mob the media loves to portray us as – we’re average Americans who want our country back! We’re veterans, single mothers, blue collar workers and everyday patriots from all walks of life!

We’re putting the finishing touches on a very powerful television ad that I know you’re going to be proud to support. The ad is the first of many, and we’ll be airing it all across the country to introduce people to the real face of the Tea Party movement. This will be the first volley in a sustained ad campaign aimed at defeating the voices of the left that wish to shout us down with false accusations, and we know it will be effective!

We’ve put in the extra production time because we know this ad needs our very best. We’ve gone back, edited and re-edited the ad to make it as effective as possible, and now it’s time to start buying nationwide airtime. As we’ve been preparing for the ad buy, we’ve come to realize this will be a costly endeavor. In order to maintain a pervasive presence on the air, we must raise $150,000 this week. You can help us reach this goal by making a contribution of whatever you can afford.

This will be one of our most important projects going into 2012. The incessant barrage of attacks against the Tea Party movement must be countered with the truth! We need every patriot who is tired of hearing these attacks, tired of the liberal media trying to silence us, and tired of Barack Obama and his liberal allies in Congress pushing this country down the wrong path, to stand up and be heard! Please, make a generous donation to help us beat back these liberal attacks.

Without great patriots like you, we couldn’t fight to take our country back. We remain humbled and honored by your continued support.

Thank you,

Todd Cefaratti

white house sues banks stock market crashes

They say for every action there is an equal and opposite re-action…

Make sense, sure, and why not, was it not one of the smartest men Albert Einstein, who developed that?

Sure and it makes sense, wall street does not like it when they are treated like dogs, you know its true yet, what they have done by projecting this type of negative energy is to effect the stock market in a bad way.

All the bad press, all the bad economic news, then we have a leader that gets up and blames everyone but himself for all his problems, sort of like being back in grade school again.

Seems like a bad movie, where the evil king threatens to destroy the good guys, classic sure, but this is real life, and when the president gets up in front of the American People and acts like an alleged bully, then you know what it means, the stock market allegedly will go badly wrong.

Then you have the unions, that are threatening like thugs on the street to allegedly kill people?

Really that is what you see as your America?

Is that the hope and the change?

Is that what you voted for in 2008?

Higher gas prices, higher food prices, higher priced everything, and no new jobs…

High unemployment?

This is what you wanted?

Does it feel right to you, after three years of this type of governing, when do the American people begin to see through all the lies of the biased media that refuses to report the news.

When will they realize that they cannot oppress the will of man?

When will they realize that they cannot control what they do not own?

When will they understand that the only way to lead is to follow the will of the people.

It would seem to be so easy, that anyone could figure it out, yet they seem to be in the dark about everything that matters, every time they think that they can make a difference they end up doing the exact opposite of what they say they want to do.

But is that really what they are trying to do at all?

Are they really not attempting to do what they cannot do?

How long will the people stand idly by while members of the biased media continue to lie to the public about everything that matters?

White House Sues Banks

In what could be the most alleged, “Bone headed” move in History, it is alleged, that the White House plans to sue several banks over the Freddie and Fannie Fiasco, which resulted in huge losses, for both Freddie and Fannie as well as the Public which bailed them out, then the banks were bailed out and they took much of that money, (allegedly) and paid out huge bonuses, under the cover of darkness, (allegedly)

So, watching what could be the beginning of a huge mess on Wall street, was it really the right thing to do for the American People?

Source…

By Brady Dennis, Steven Mufson and Zachary A. Goldfarb, Published: September 2

Federal regulators launched a broad legal assault on big banks Friday, claiming they sold nearly $200 billion in fraudulent mortgage investments to housing giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that led to massive losses during the financial crisis.

The suits, brought by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, name 17 domestic and foreign banks as defendants. Among them: Bank of America, J.P. Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank.

Is this Robin Hood Mentality the right thing?

Take from the rich and give to the unions?

Seems like a twisted cover story, but in reality what is going on in Washington?

When the stock market opens on the next business day what will the results be like?

Will the stock market, take a dive like no other time in the past two years?

What can we expect to see out of this unraveling story that appears to be doing everything wrong?

It is long been public knowledge that there was alleged pressure to place these high risk mortgages, over time that was a real problem, because there may have been some issues that created a problem that was not fixed in the traditional fashion, these risks were sold and profit was taken, yet, the public was not remunerated, just as in the bail out of the car companies and the unions, the public was not re-payed, only the unions were paid back (allegedly)

We may never know what really happened, but is this the right move, at the right time?

It would appear that we have what amounts to some kind of odd situation where you see some kind of strange movie like the “twilight zone” where something always seems to be a little off, a little out of the ordinary, you just have to wonder what is going on, how can America recover from this evil that we have seen developing for the last few months, mistake after mistake has been made but the only man that is a free man is one that can learn from his mistakes, will we all pay the ultimate price for the odd behavior of a hand full of “strange” people.

Steve Forbes attacks Social Security?

IN a fox news story, this morning Steve Forbes seems to be making an argument that those that are sick and disabled do not deserve to have benefits paid out from social security when they paid into the system and paid for the insurance, so what is going on with this type of mentality, well it is easy to say lets cut off the old people and lets cut off the terminally ill people with cancer, and terminal diseases and lets cut off anyone from social security. . .

It is easy to say that when you are a multi Millionaire.

It is easy to say let them eat cake when your eating steak…

So Mr Forbes, what do you way to people who have paid for the benefits they receive?

Eat Cake?

That is typical, they own stock in banks that were bailed out by wall street, and when times get tough they want to take away the benfits of those people who paid for the insurance they receive, typical millionaire disconnection.

The really sad thing here is that fox news did not do anything to show the other side of the story.

As the youth are saying now days, Epic Fail.

Fox news once again shows that they are not really fair and balanced at all, allegedly.

Considering that Washington spend an estimated 4 trillion dollars over the last three years, it is really insulting to watch a millionaire sit there and tell seniors and the terminally ill, that they are somehow undeserving of the benefits they get.

Just Amazing, this is why President Obama may be re-elected to the office of the President, simply as a check and balance against the Rich that would tell the poor to eat cake.

Let them eat Cake, sounds like a movie I once watched, seems like it did not end well for those people that were so out of touch with reality that they forgot that they are not Gods nor are they even like normal people at all.

I imagine that Forbes has never even filled the gas tank of a vehicle he has ridden in before.

S $ P Fights back?

In a move that is sure to draw more criticism, from Advocates of the Don’t Ask Don’t tell spending policy of the US at least the last three years or so, )  Standard and Poors, or should that be Poor, US, not sure which but one thing seems clear the criticism, of the Credit rating Agency is causing a lot of alarm bells to go off on Wall Street, in the form of Sell, Sell, Sell, hurry and Sell, before it goes down too much, Panic on wall street, seems to be the Dog and Pony Show of the day at least at the famous or infamous Fox news.

You have to wonder just what is going on and more importantly what the White-house is prepared to do to stop this mess?

So what does Washington do, they criticize, S&P, Wow, Amazing, stuff folks.

Will moodys, follow suit, in downgrading US economy?

Will we see a depression sell off.

Are we about to see the NYSE, fall for a second time…

Is there any hope that the US will find a method of getting it right so that the economy can get back in step with
the rest of the world?

What will happen next because we are seeing some really bad things happen, there are some stock prices that could be good bargains.

What will happen next will the fight between Washington and credit agencies continue?

Stock Market slide continues

The Stock Market continues to loose value, leaving some with the odd sense that instability may
be the new order of the day.

Some time ago you may remember that there was a wall street bail out, so where is that money now?

Apparently, we are now in the same boat were would have been only now were broke.

That is a serious judgement issue, simply because like the weather you really cannot prevent a storm from raining on you, in the same way you cannot stimulate fake economic growth, yet, many big name economists said that we had to do the stimulus or it would be really bad.  Well it begins to look like the crisis, crisis, crisis, talks, that was so common two years ago, did no good at all.

Just as the saying goes it rains on the just and the unjust right.

Well on wall street that rain is tears.

Again, the idea that large corporation have profited for many years, and are moving money over into other markets and jobs as well, seems to be well UN American. Yet they have done it simply because the tax rates are so high in the US that they cannot afford to bring the money back home.  So what could change that, well two things, a Capitol Gains tax for companies that create new jobs, open up new business, build new building employing more people.

The truth is that unless, there are some serious steps taken by Washington, I.E. (Flat Tax) (Balanced Budget) (Cap Spending)

We will see yet again another frightening day on wall street.

Expect a rally early on, but after about one to two hours, there will likely be yet another slide, where it goes from there is anyone’s guess. Until our congress starts to show some method of developing a serious attitude about solving our debt problems and we figure out a real budget that reflects our new status in this new economy, anything can and likely will happen.
