Emergency preparedness.

When an Emergency happens, it is the responsibility of those leaders who are prepared to lead that makes the difference between saving lives and loosing them.

The truth about the recent state emergencies in the south following a snow storm is obvious you cannot prepare for every situation when the economy is so bad that many state funded emergency agencies are under staffed, do not have the necessary equipment to assist in times of need.

The economy has done a lot of damage to many states and their ability to respond when needed.

Snow and ice is a part of what we all experience at times however you might wonder at how the states budgets have been directed when the basics of distribution are not available when needed.
