Terrorist Attack?

The FBI appear to have stat­ed that this is not a ter­ror­ist attack?

But the attack­er has IED explo­sives ?

Is this yet anoth­er method of try­ing to con­trol the nar­ra­tive? or is there some­thing else going on here? This is very con­cern­ing IF our media and law enforce­ment orga­ni­za­tions can­not bring them­selves to say the truth?

Why did the police fail to inform the pub­lic about the details of the alleged sta­tus of the attack­er?

In the ini­tial press con­fer­ence the police failed to inform the pub­lic that the attack­er was already deceased? or was it a case where the attack­er was only found to be deceased after he was in cus­tody?

It is hard to trust Law enforce­ment when they with­hold vital details.
