the Myth of Seperation of Church and State

The American people have been lied to for many years…

No where in the Constitution does it allow Christians to be persecuted like they are these days.

No where in the Constitution does it allow Atheists to have a religion, (Atheism) protected by the Government, If a Cross represents and or depicts an establishment, of a religion then the lack of a Cross
at a Grave, deprives a Christian of the same.

Can I saw that it is stupid to believe that Christianity was not already an established religion before the Constitution was written.   Yes, you hear correctly, Establish, means To set up, to create, to ensure or to otherwise generate and fabricate.

How can you create what has already been created.  This nation was created, established as a nation of believers, who are free to pursue their own brand of beliefs including religion, this includes the lack of a religion which itself is a religion, and why not, who else would put such energy into fighting God but someone that was a believer in non-belief.  As such non-belief, or the pursuit of Atheism, must be a religion just as the worship of any person or non person would be respected as a religion.  Under the constitution they are free to believe or not to believe they are free to believe in any prophet, or personage they wish.

Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting
the free exercise thereof…

One thing seems clear prohibiting, the free exercise of religion
is a violation and when you start to say that you can no longer
display a Christmas tree, in public, is that not prohibiting the free exercise of religion?

This idea that the separation of Church and State requires that the government must interfere with every single interpretation of any prayer, or any other liberty this is just insanity.

The plain language shows that the First Amendment restricts only Congress’ powers!

The People of the States are free to establish (or dis-establish) any religion they want – this is one of the powers retained by the States or the People!  Several States did retain their established religions after ratification of the U.S. Constitution in 1789.  We saw that in 1807, Presbyterians in Chester, N.H. sold a Quaker’s cow for non-payment of the Minister’s Tax.  Not until the Toleration Act of 1819 did the Legislature of N.H. make it illegal for towns, as corporate bodies, to raise money for the support of the gospel. Connecticut did not dis-establish the Congregational Church until they adopted their Constitution of 1818 (see Article Seventh). Massachusetts did not dis-establish the Congregational Church until 1833.

Tax cut or Tax increase, fox news drops the ball again?

So has Fox news once again missed this story?

It seems like it might actually be that way, because the story should be this, US citizens, get to keep more of their money, so they can spend the money any way they would like to spend it, so in reality you cannot really say it is a tax break when its your money right?

Do you believe that they should be able to take your money for any reason they desire if you do then you believe in tax breaks, or tax cuts, but in reality, lets examine what this is because the media will not tell you.

Not even The Vaunted Fox news, who claim to be fair and balanced.

It is a tax cut or a tax increase that is the question, because you have to look at what things really are not what people say that they are, so which is it, lets have a look at this because it is something that effects everyone.

The adoption of language that would seem to propose, that money earned by someone does not actually belong to them is well sort of surprising, but that is what is being said on national TV.

Even Fox news, the Vaunted Oh, so fair and balanced, have been seen using this talking point, which must be really funny to the opposite view, they must be really laughing, because, the idea that what you have belongs to someone else just because they say it does is laughable, would not the richest men in the world, laugh at you if you walked up to them and demanded half of what they owned?

In fact it would be considered a criminal act, robbery to be precise.

Yet this is what is suggested by the term social justice or redistributing wealth.

It is robbery, thievery, lies, evil.

That is what it is, no way to debate it, the idea that just because you make more money you should pay more money is sort of stupid, but and here is where it ceases to be funny, there have always been the few that owned what the many have always hoped to have.

If we allow this talking point of the myth of tax cuts or tax breaks, which do not exist at all.

If we allow, this to go unchallenged even on fox news, then there is little hope for prosperity to ever return to this nation, after all we are burning our food in the name of what?

saving the planet, you know what, and I sure hope that no one is shocked, here, but this planet, will get along just fine long after you and everyone you know are in the dirt, yes, just as those that came before you, and those that came before them, the earth survived, the idea that somehow you are special over anyone else that ever walked a mile on this earth well that is just plain ignorant.

So, back to myths, since we have dispelled several of them today, the tax cut thing, well that is pure nonsense, when a man earns one dollar they pay taxes on it, it that has not paid a tax on that dollar they earned, then that is not his fault, if you want to make sure every dollar in the nation is taxed once, and you consider that fair then pass that law, and make it so that no one in congress can be exempt from any law they make for the rest of us.

That is the real key to any long lasting success.

Congress cannot make a law that they are exempt from that is not only illegal but criminal.

Think about it, what if congress decided to pass health care reform that kills people because they get old.

Then they proceed to exempt them selves from that rule, is that fair?

Well I hope your not surprised but that is what has already been done and this is why so many people favor the repeal of the health care debacle. Because it does not apply to everyone, it is not legal under the equal protection clause of the constitution, you cannot apply one set of rules to one class of people and exempt another class of people from those same laws, that is not legal, yes, our congress has done this evil thing.

Yes evil, that is what it is, yet you hear nothing about it on the news.

What kind of news company does this?

What kind of news company covers only parts of the news that they decide they want to cover?

That kind of news is what they call biased news, perhaps they are all biased.

Tax cut myth?

Amazing stuff folks, did you know that a tax is not cut, it is not a break, it is collected.

Taxes are collected, so folks, get that through your head.

So where do you stand, do you believe that everything this nation was founded on was true?

Taxes are not cut taxes are collected, in order to give a break to anyone you have to agree not to take more than what you agreed to take in the beginning, think about that for a minute.

See if you made 10 bucks an hour, at a job and someone came and said you know what there are other people making 5 bucks an hour, so lets, just reduce what your making by taxing you more because you make more.

So from now on you only will be making 6.50 per hour, that fair right?

Well, is that a tax break?

No really do you call taking something that does not belong to a tax break?

Think about that for a second, and I think you will understand why the talking points of tax cuts and tax breaks are just nonsense, stupid really because what they are saying is that you do not deserve to make more money than anyone else, all the while those same people that want to redistribute your money are the ones that are making more money than the people they seek to take more money from.

Sounds crazy right, but that is the truth, (allegedly)

See, there is no such thing as a tax break or a tax cut, in fact taxes cannot be found anywhere in the constitution.

Want to know why?

Its simple really the framers of the constitution, risked their lives, to avoid the exact same situation we are in now, people who want to take everything away from you in the name of doing whats good for you.

I wonder if people would be willing to pay more taxes if the money was not wasted on special interests projects.

I mean really think about it, what if there were a way to bond, or insure that money would go to reduce the debt and what if there were a law that was passed that made it mandatory, that congress and the senate, shall not spend more than it takes in, simple right, seems like a good method of getting back on track.

So what about it, do you think that members of congress would be interested in developing a plan that could actually do good for the American people.
