bill orielly spin?

Apparently, Bill orielly is not happy about the way that the Casey Anthony trial went.

that the State of Florida failed to prove in the Casey Anthony Death and Murder trial.

Why is that?

Is Bill a pinhead?

I have to ask because it almost seems as if he is obsessed about this issue, and no one denies that the child deserved justice however the fact is that there was no evidence to support a death panel, period.

What Bill orielly seems to have ignored is that in this nation we do not try cases in the press.

This is why we have a court system because the media is hardly ever correct in its assumptions.

So Bill stop being a pin head and get the facts before you go off half cocked and wild as a bear.

The state failed to prove its case, had they correctly charged the case as an accidental manslaughter case, the girl would have got 12 to 17 years behind bars, as it was the state of Florida, went for the gold and failed to prove murder or aggravated, manslaughter, period.

We have a justice system that works fine when everyone plays by the rules, in this case the state of Florida did not play by the rules.

They paid for that failure, but you cannot spin it the way you are without appearing to be a pin head yourself.

You should carefully consider your demeanor and your candor because if harm comes to Casey Anthony and they say that Bill orielly told me to kill her, you sir will have spun a web of deceit that causes a murder to take place and if that happens you should face the same justice that you are so eager to dispense to everyone except for your own self.

You sir have a responsibility to follow the law just like everyone else you are not above the law and your spin is not good for America.

Time to let it rest, nothing you say is going to make any difference at this point, the only thing you may do is cause some mentally unbalanced person to go after this girl when she is released, you should hope that does not happen due to your spinning, of the facts of this case.

The fact again, is that the state failed to prove murder, that is just so easy to understand here, it is not insane as you suggest, it is reasonable and the jury did its job, had the state charged this case correctly you would have nothing to talk about.

But the state of Florida did not do the right thing here they wanted what they could not prove.

The truth here is something that we may never fully realize, and speculating about what you "think" is true is not helpful nor is it right morally or ethically, it is not right what your doing is wrong, and you sir should be going to mass this Sunday to deal with this issue because your not going to be able to dispense the justice you so wish to see.

It is not your responsibility to do that and it is not your job, you always say the spin stops here, but you know what, your spining  and that is just the way it is, you are projecting your feelings, and not looking at this in an intellicutual way at all.

If we convict everyone in the press you know what happens?

In his final hours on death row, Cameron Todd Willingham and his attorneys tried frantically to show the governor of Texas a new scientific report proving his innocence. The evidence was apparently ignored, and Willingham was executed on February 17, 2004.

During his trial, he refused prosecutors' offer to give him life in prison instead of the death penalty. He told them he was innocent, and he wouldn't agree to any deals. As he was strapped down in the execution chamber, just before the lethal injection began, he proclaimed his innocence one last time.

An extraordinary new investigative report in the New Yorker shows that Willingham was telling the truth. He was innocent. David Grann's report, in the September 7 issue, exhaustively deconstructs every aspect of the case and shows that none of the evidence used to convict Willingham was valid. Since the reinstatement of capital punishment in 1974, Grann's report constitutes the strongest case on record in this country that an innocent man was executed.

But you know what everyone was as sure as you are right now that this man was guilty, just as you are so sure, about this case, others were just as sure as you are now, yet, they were wrong, and a man lost his life, due to the bias of the media and its ignorance.

Dont be so sure about things, becuase you never know when you might just be wrong about the entire thing, when you are a media figure and something you say causes harm to someone, that is something you cannot take back.

There are also other cases where innocent men and women were pronounced guilty by the court of public opionion, they were wrong and you might be wrong too, your unwillingness to consider that fact, is a problem I hope you get the help you need sir.

The Murder trial of the Century?

Or

A waste of money of the Tax payers of Florida?

Think about it for just one moment, put away the Media that foams at the mouth, forget about the allegedly Overly aggressive, Florida Justice system, or even the Orange county Sheriffs, office, which (allegedly) leaked documents to the press, (just do a search and you will find just about anything related to the case you want, now try that with just about any other cases and see what you find, (nothing)

But all of that really does not make any difference at all.

What really makes a difference are two things and two things alone.

George anthony, and his suicide attempt is one of them and a second one is something that no one have even thought about yet.

Forensically speaking, from the view point of a scientist, (not those that are paid to appear at a trial), (allegedly those people are bought and paid for, on both sides, (allegedly)

Looking at this case, all you have to do to understand what might have really happened, is to ask your self this one question.

What is more believable, that a 25 year old, girl, with little to no experience, in life, (except allegedly to take drugs and party) planned and committed the perfect murder and left no clues to what happened, not a fingerprint, nor even one strand of her hair, not to mention no DNA, (in her own car?)

No evidence exists, at all to prove or to even remotely connect,

this girl to this horrible event.  (nothing at all)

I find it very difficult to believe that a girl, (allegedly this ignorant) plans executes and murders her child and leaves no trace what so ever for even the vaunted FBI to locate?

Now, consider this, when you think about George Anthony, a man with police training, a man who knows how evidence is collected, a man who knows all about the smell of death a man who knows how to allegedly leave no trace.

Now, ask yourself this question, who is more likely to leave no trace behind, a veteran, policeman, or a 25 year old, (ignorant female child)

That is what I see, I understand why everyone is so emotional about this case and I understand, it, this woman failed her child and her child died because of her stupidity, but you cannot have it both ways, it is just not possible, either this woman was an ignorant, yes, possibly the W word comes to mind, and she drank and she did drugs and yes, she was stupid, the jails are filled with such women, if you doubt that just take a Sunday off and visit a prison where woman are held and you can hear that same story over and over and over again.

Those same girls, left behind evidence, but not this time, how is that possible?

But that will probably not make any difference at all, because the media is not covering this case from a factual basis, they are covering this case from an emotional basis, is that wrong, well yes, it is wrong because when you do not think, then you cease to become human, is that not what separates us from animals?

The one thing that does not add up in all this is the fact that only a person trained in how to leave behind no evidence, could have possibly done this thing, now who was that and who might have done this thing?

Ask yourself that question and you will have the answer that none of the media have been able to figure out yet.
