Protests, Tshirts and the American Way

[kc_background_pac_1_heading_12]Congress is Missing
in Action,
Where are our Leaders…[/kc_background_pac_1_heading_12]

The United States is on the brink of financial ruin, the dollar is worth less than it was in 2001, more than 24 Million Americans are unable or unwilling to find a job.

We live in a nation where on average there are more murders in our largest cities, than there are on the battlefield in foreign wars.

We are facing the most difficult social and financial situations this nation has ever faced and the news story below, is what congress thinks is the most important thing.

America are you not proud?

Where have we found our courage?

Perhaps it is time to begin to Recall Senators, Congressman who will not do their duty as prescribed by the
constitution of these United States of America.

Voters, what were you thinking in when you put people like Harry Reid who has betrayed his own party (allegedly) and the people of the United States.

I find it appalling disgusting and evil what the congress thinks is the way to deal with our problems is to make it a felony to protest after allowing the occupy wall-street movement to do what ever they wanted to do but now they want to make it a felony to wear a T shirt that may offend someone?

=====================================

The following News story was sent to us by email, we are providing coverage of this news story included below, the source is Watchdog.net

I find it not only Amazing that congress is so far gone that they are unable to see what is happening in our own nation because allegedly they are so busy amassing wealth that the rest of us will never have the opportunity to achieve, but they want to oppress and to create a nation of slaves.

Imagine an America in which the government can deny protest in any public space it deems fit. Where wearing a dissenting shirt around an elected official could be construed as a felony. Where First-Amendment protections become privileges subjectively doled out by the state. Sadly, that America is pretty much here.

In March, Congress passed HR 347, a bill that limits Americans’ ability to protest in public and on government grounds. Mainstream media didn’t raise peep, but now there’s finally some anger building. The bill, passed almost unanimously, makes it a federal offense punishable by up to ten years in prison to “knowingly” protest in the vicinity of the Secret Service–that is anywhere the Secret Service “is or will be temporarily visiting.”

It also makes many public events impervious to lawful protest. Any “National Security Special Event” (NSSE) requires Secret Service protection. NSSE-designated events have proliferated since 9/11 to include Super Bowls, concerts, campaign events, and now any public event that Very Important People want protest-free.

Most dangerously, it criminalizes protest. Under the bill, “disorderly or disruptive conduct” or activities that “impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions” could warrant felony charges. What constitutes such “disruptive conduct” rests in the eye of the beholder–or the eye of Eric Holder. To put it plainly: the government can decide where and when free speech is allowed and severely prosecute any “disruptive” activity, while we’re confined to “free speech zones.” We can help fix it, however! Join our petition below to protect our speech rights!

PETITION TO CONGRESS: We treasure our first amendment rights of free speech and public assembly! HR 347 limits valid arenas of peaceful public protest, and broadens the government’s ability to curtail civil liberties. We demand that Congress amend the bill to provide clearer language as to what constitutes “disruptions”; to allow for reasonable, peaceful protest at NSSEs and around Secret Service; and to ensure that no peaceful protest can ever be deemed a felony.

US credit rating

If someone were intentionally trying to destroy the credit rating of the US government, then would that not be an act of treason?

Would it not be a severe issue that needed to be solved?

The US credit rating could be downgraded on Monday or later in the week amid speculation that Washington does not know what it is doing, and should that not be the case?  If anyone even a country keeps borrowing money without paying it back and then later printing money and not paying the money back, and later lowering interests and not paying the money back eventually the end result is financial ruin.

Any economist will tell you that this is the truth yet, for some unknown reason Washington does not or refuses to know this truth, and what can we expect if this is the way that they intend to do business?

The only way out of this mess, is two things.

Flat tax, ballanced budget, equals, another four years, for the democrats, if they keep on doing what they are doing now then the republicians wil win and the democrats will be run out of town on a rail.

So here is the deal, if we raise the debt limit, (print more money) then our credit rating will go down.

If we dont raise the debt limit our credit goes down.

If we lower our costs and set a flat tax our credit rating goes up.

It really is just that simple.

Most Americans understand this and most economists also understand this so why does the white house not understand this?

Received in an email, from Michele Bachmann

As the debate over the debt ceiling gains heat and President Obama stands firmly atop his bully pulpit, his stubborn insistence on drowning our nation in debt has caught the attention of the American people.

A new Gallup poll released this week shows him losing by eight points to a Republican, a larger margin than ever before.

With only one out of five supporting raising the debt ceiling, the American people know what should be common-sense to Congress and the President–when you’re in a hole, the first step to getting out is to stop digging.

To the majority of Americans that do not support it, raising the debt ceiling means much more than just continuing to dig.

It means placing trillions more in unfunded liabilities on the shoulders of future generations. It means abandoning the very principles that we in Congress were elected to represent.

In my three terms in Congress, I have never voted to raise the debt ceiling, and I will certainly not start now.

Yesterday, at a press conference, President Obama ignored these vital points, stating that we only need “minor adjustments” to fix our economy. At a time of trillion-and-a-half-dollar annual deficits and 9.2 percent unemployment, he could not be more out of touch.

Constitutional conservatives know that, in order for our nation to truly prosper, we need systemic reform–not band-aids. This reflects a core difference of philosophy that will be at the forefront of the 2012 elections.

The consistency and dedication that our movement has shown to stopping the hemmoraging of our future reflects the stakes that face our nation in 2012. The Obama machine will spend record dollars to overcome the opposition of the American people to his policies and win re-election, and we must work harder than ever to ensure that our constitutional conservative values are victorious. In this challenge, I couldn’t be more grateful that you are with me. Michele Bachmann

super congress unconstitutional

Amazing news folks, it appears that not only have the American people been betrayed, but our elected leaders apparently are prepared to sacrifice the constitution in order to do what they want to do.

Not what the people want to do, but what they want to do.

They are proposing that they create what would amount to a gang of 12, Amazing, that we have a speaker, or allegedly (weeper of the house) that would even consider this, it is not only wrong but it is illegal.  They want to take over by force the congress and by pass the will of the American people.

If you think this is not a problem think again, if this is done we must vote them all out of office, because it is wrong to do this and it is illegal, it is morally wrong, it is ethically wrong and it is criminally wrong to betray the people in this way.

William Pitt made it clear,

"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves." – William Pitt

We cannot afford to do what is wrong for the wrong reasons, when we are on the brink of our own financial ruin, what are they smoking up there on capitol hill, I would say that I want some, but you know what if it makes you this stupid, it is something that we cannot afford to even try out, because then you would have every jumping off the cliff of insanity.

This is nothing as simple as a process or a committee, it is the dismantling of the constitution and it must not be allowed call your congress person call your senator, this must not be allowed to happen because it bypasses the constitution and the will of the people, it must not be allowed to proceed.

There are those that may argue about how this is just a process and not a change in how the government works, but that is just not accurate, it is really simple, any change in the way that the constitution defines our congress is not constitutional simple as that, you cannot substitute a dictatorial legislative body in place of the will of the people.

2560 Cut Cap Ballance

Will we continue to be America the Beautiful or will we cease to be a nation of Free men and women?

We have come to a cross roads and the decision is before us will we continue down the road to financial ruin or will

This is what the American people really want and it is the hope and the change they voted for the question now is will the elected officials representing the American people do the right thing?

The American People have spoken and the White house says they don't care?

Is that true?

Is that accurate?

Is it possible?

Why would anyone not support saving America from an oppressive Whitehouse?

Why would anyone not support Getting Americans back to work?

Why would anyone not support the best plan to get America back on track?

This is the headline allegedly put out by the liberal media…

White House Threatens Veto Of

Cap, Cut Balance' Bill; GOP Plows Ahead…

Why not plow ahead, this is a serious issue when the media plays games with the American peoples lives, it must end.

We must do the right thing for our children.

We must do the right thing for our Families.

We must do the right thing for those that sacrificed everything for our freedom.

debt crisis?

Are we only a short few months from financial ruin?

Will we see another Great Depression?

What was so great about the last depression?

The Great Depression lasted from 1929 to 1941, a total of 12 years.

Almost 50 percent of all the children in the US did not have enough food or even a place to live medical was almost non existent.

The stock market lost more than 29 Billion dollars in the first week of the depression.

More than three quarters of a million farmers went bankruptcy, many never again were farmers.

They lost their land their homes and everything they ever worked for.

The unemployment rate was more than 24 percent.

Almost every nation abandoned the gold standard in favor of printing more money which caused even more problems for the people that were left to starve in the streets.

After the initial crash, there was a wave of suicides in the New York’s financial district. It is said that the clerks of one hotel even started asking new guests if they needed a room for sleeping or jumping.

The “Three Little Pigs“—released May 27, 1933, and produced by Walt Disney—was seen as symbolic of the Great Depression, with the wolf representing the Depression and the three little pigs representing average citizens who eventually succeeded by working together.
