It is not Christmas without Christ…

This is the time of year that we celebrate the season and that is done in many different ways, some people enjoy times with family and friends enjoying meals, parties, events and more.

Others find it a depressing time of year if they are alone or in an adult home for the aged.

Still it is a time of year where the vast majority of people celebrate Christmas.

No matter how that celebration comes about it is all about how you choose to celebrate your freedom.

There are some that are like the fictional character the Grinch…

They wish to deprive people from the freedom to celebrate this time of year as they would like to do.

They think that because they can have the freedom to choose to spend time as they see fit precludes others from doing the same.

That statement above might sound a bit strange, but that is what they want to do, they want to be respected for the view they have and the freedom to have those views but they do not want you to have the freedom to exercise the freedom to do the same thing.

We have for hundreds of years endeavored to extend freedom to those that wish to have freedom.

Sometimes that means people behaving badly and sometimes that means that some people will seek to oppress the rights of others to do what they feel is the right thing.

This is what the constitution is all about it is a document that spells out clearly what men and woman can expect when living under the republic of America.

We often see references in the news media to a democracy, but this is not a democracy.

This is a republic.

You do not have the right to deprive someone else of the freedom to express themselves in a non violent way.

That means that you cannot force your views on someone else and they cannot do the same thing to you.

This does not mean that you have the right to Not see a Christmas Tree so that you may exclude someone else from the freedom to express their beliefs.

The same thing might be said of your freedom to choose to Not celebrate a holiday the same way that someone else does.

the Myth of Seperation of Church and State

The American people have been lied to for many years…

No where in the Constitution does it allow Christians to be persecuted like they are these days.

No where in the Constitution does it allow Atheists to have a religion, (Atheism) protected by the Government, If a Cross represents and or depicts an establishment, of a religion then the lack of a Cross
at a Grave, deprives a Christian of the same.

Can I saw that it is stupid to believe that Christianity was not already an established religion before the Constitution was written.   Yes, you hear correctly, Establish, means To set up, to create, to ensure or to otherwise generate and fabricate.

How can you create what has already been created.  This nation was created, established as a nation of believers, who are free to pursue their own brand of beliefs including religion, this includes the lack of a religion which itself is a religion, and why not, who else would put such energy into fighting God but someone that was a believer in non-belief.  As such non-belief, or the pursuit of Atheism, must be a religion just as the worship of any person or non person would be respected as a religion.  Under the constitution they are free to believe or not to believe they are free to believe in any prophet, or personage they wish.

Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting
the free exercise thereof…

One thing seems clear prohibiting, the free exercise of religion
is a violation and when you start to say that you can no longer
display a Christmas tree, in public, is that not prohibiting the free exercise of religion?

This idea that the separation of Church and State requires that the government must interfere with every single interpretation of any prayer, or any other liberty this is just insanity.

The plain language shows that the First Amendment restricts only Congress’ powers!

The People of the States are free to establish (or dis-establish) any religion they want – this is one of the powers retained by the States or the People!  Several States did retain their established religions after ratification of the U.S. Constitution in 1789.  We saw that in 1807, Presbyterians in Chester, N.H. sold a Quaker’s cow for non-payment of the Minister’s Tax.  Not until the Toleration Act of 1819 did the Legislature of N.H. make it illegal for towns, as corporate bodies, to raise money for the support of the gospel. Connecticut did not dis-establish the Congregational Church until they adopted their Constitution of 1818 (see Article Seventh). Massachusetts did not dis-establish the Congregational Church until 1833.

Government waste

In a recent news story it was reported that in some areas, Free Speech and Religious freedom would be circumvented, (allegedly) by the federal government.

This is an interesting news story.

Simply because we are facing likely the worst economy in more than 50 years and this is how your tax dollars are being spent, that is why we need to send a message in the form of voting.

Vote them out, simple as that.

here is the news story.  This is really interesting, because when the chips are down, we see that money is being wasted, and that tax payers are having to pay to defend what is a constitutional right, guaranteed by the constitution.

According to Associated Press, the settlement agreement lists 50 provisions that VA officials agree to adhere to. The VA said in the decree that certain of these provisions “are already the policy or practice of the department.”

Some of these actions include no banning or interfering with prayers or recitations at committal services; agreeing to not edit or control the content of private religious speech and expression by speakers at special ceremonies or events at the cemetery; and agreeing not to ban religious speech or words such as “God” or “Jesus” in condolence cards or similar documents given by some of the groups that filed the suit.

The VA also agreed to pay the veterans groups’ legal fees, which total $215,000. It is not known if Director Ocasio has been or will be removed from her position.

This about this, the tax payers had to spend $215,000.00 to defend what the constitution spells out in black and white, there is no doubt about free speech or freedom of religion, there is no conflict, Church means a body of people, not a Christmas tree, not a sign, not the ten commandments, none of those things constitutes a Church.

Yet, we have people in office that abuse (allegedly) their power and force the people to stand up and be counted, the way we are counted is by voting, in 2012 use your voice, use your voting power to tell the liberals and those that would ban freedom of speech and freedom of religion to get out of public office if you cannot read and understand the constitution.

Separation of Church and State is a lie

Could it be true that what some have believed for years is based on a lie?

On 9/11 this year the (Mayor who is likely on his last term as Mayor) cited the separation of Church and state, as his reason for banning, Clergy and Prayer, from the 911 ceremonies, it is interesting, that we can so easily be lied to and so many people seem to say ok, it seems like an odd thing.

Originally the “So Called Separation of Church and State, was meant to keep the Roman Catholic Church Officials from holding important Government positions, or important state positions, simple as that, back in the time when this was written into the constitution, part of the troubles that the framers of the Constitution saw was that there were some in power that were both highly ranked leaders in the Church and also they were highly ranked and powerful leaders in the State, which would call for some likely difficult situations, this was all it was designed to do, however we have over the years accepted a lie in exchange for the truth of what history was.

For those that know a little about history, there was a problem with some Church Officials, being also involved in government, this was a source of alleged corruption, however what this has become is everything even a symbol of any kind of religion is now considered, (at least for those who are not educated and do not know history) like Bloomberg, they consider even things like a Christmas tree as a violation, if prayer is a violation then how long before they twist bend and mutilate the truth until they imprison even those that would think a prayer.

The thought police, yes, sounds crazy but that is the end result when you first begin to twist the trust into a lie.
