How is this even possible?
Lower-court judges issued 15 nationwide blocks of Trump administration actions in February,
One judge reportedly ordering planes of (violent gang members) to be returned to the United States?
Overruling the President of the United States?
Can they really do this?
Can a state court judge really (do this?)
The truth here is that these (small minded) state court judges do not have the authority but they do it because they want to and there is no valid precedent for this kind of behavior.
They are doing this because there is no accountability.
If there were a law that specifies that any judge that takes these illegal actions have to pay for these incorrect actions this kind of thing would cease right away.
It could be financial or it could be civil or both.
The truth here is that these things are a form of treason and these judges should be made an example.
