In a deci­sion today the Supreme court has rebuffed the polit­i­cal efforts to push Trump away from being a can­di­date or pres­i­dent.

Most peo­ple felt that this was all based on irreg­u­lar cas­es and that sit­u­a­tion seems to be cor­rect.

While the media seem to not ful­ly under­stand what just hap­pened the low­er courts do under­stand it, (as is typ­i­cal with the main­stream media) they are attempt­ing to spin this but make no mis­take this is a win for jus­tice and the Amer­i­can Way…

Even Fox Busi­ness news report­ed that Trump had lim­it­ed immu­ni­ty but actu­al­ly much of the opin­ion sup­port­ed exclu­sive immu­ni­ty and pre­sump­tive immu­ni­ty.

We know how the media tend to twist the truth to fit their needs but this is a big deal and it is some­thing that no mat­ter how much the media try to spin this most of these “alleged­ly made up nov­el legal cas­es” will go away…
