Rick Perry

Can Rick Perry win against the biased media.

Can we ever elect another president if the Media does not back off and get out of the election process?

If you believe what the allegedly very biased media says, then you may not be very well informed, in fact just about every media source out there is in the state of constant agitation, about Rick Perry, they seem to not like him, and they seem to have no problem telling anyone who will listen that they don’t like him.

The real question here is this, “Does the media even know what they are talking about?”

Some things never change, but one thing seems interesting the media does not like Rick Perry, and that includes the so called Fair and balanced, Fox news channel.

Over the last few weeks it has been a non stop onslaught, on Rick Perry, but the one thing that the allegedly biased media have forgotten is that when you say that you don’t like someone you should also be prepared to say why… Tonight I heard, the fox news bobble heads continue their biased attack against Rick Perry, yet none of the fox news bobble heads gave one good reason, or any reason for that matter why they think that Rick Perry is not doing well.

When I hear people saying they think that a candidate is finished, but they do not say why they think that, I have to wonder what they do think because when they do not provide any evidence to support the way their opinions.

So when you think about it that way, what about that is fair or balanced?

When you see this kind of media bias you have to wonder, why the media seem to be so intent on influencing the primary elections, it seems clear that the media want to push Mitt Romney as the leader for the republican primary,  and it really looks like Mitt is yet another John McCain and we all know how that one turned out.

There are some in the GOP that want a moderate they somehow feel that if they comprimise on the core values of the conservative majority, that they have a better chance of winning, the problem with this is that there are only 20 percent of the voting population that are liberal, so trying to play games like pushing Mitt Romney is not going to work because Mitt Romney cannot win, some of those people know this and yet they still keep trying.

Rick Perry may not be perfect, but he is more qualified than a two time loosing candidate.

Mitt Romney has tried and failed to win nomination two times before this and he will fair this time too, simply because he is not qualified to be president, why you may ask would he not make a good president, well the reason is simple, he is a career politician, though he likes to say that he has worked mostly in the private sector, the truth is that he has been running for office for a long time and he has been preparing for
running for many years.

We do not need yet another career politician.

What we need is a man who can represent real Americans, and people that are so rich that they cannot understand what it is like to have to put just enough gas into the tank so that you dont run out of gas and still have enough money to pay for some food.

That is the kind of man we need running this nation someone that can understand what it is like to struggle to pay the bills and someone who knows how to change a tire, because they have had to in the past.  Until we find a candidate that can do the right thing for Americans then we will all be slaves to the biased media.

Media Lies Media evil?

[kc_heading_pac_9_headline_4 size=”40″ color=”#5dac25″ ]Are they sick and twisted..[/kc_heading_pac_9_headline_4]

Can anyone, beat both the media and a political opponent and is that fair?

Can we expect to have fair elections and more importantly can we expect to find methods that make sense in this brave new world
where the media have apparently gone to supporting only one party and not reporting the news when it comes to one side of the news,
one question that seems even more valid is “Can you really call it news any more?”

Can you trust the media to tell you the truth?

And is it OK if they lie to you if its for your own good?

Should the media tell the truth or lie so that you can feel better?

There are some serious questions about what is being presented as fact in today’s media and that is something that should concern everyone, when a free society no longer has a free press and that press now is either controlled by large corporation that might perhaps allegedly even be manipulating by using news stories to cause panic in the stock market, should that be allowed to continue?

Example number one.
Last night on a local Fox news channel, a news story was run that claimed that prescription medications were resulting in more deaths than illegal drugs, including heroin, and other very serious drugs, they claimed that without any supporting facts, nor any other evidence that what they were saying was true, they cited no clear compelling evidence that would suggest that this was even true.
Now, the result is that some people will actually believe this trash, and it is false, because street drugs still account for the larger over dose deaths by an alarming percentage, so what are we to learn from this type of news story?
That you can buy street drugs and your safer than going to a doctor?
Of course not, that would be stupid right, I mean really stupid, who would do such a thing anyway? Hopefully no one would but the point seems clear, The war on drugs has now shifted to the war on the people, and this is what they plan on doing with the help of the media?
Sounds crazy, but if that is not the plan then what are they doing telling lies on the air?
Everyone knows that using street drugs is far more dangerous than going to a doctor to get legal care, yet the fox news story, seemed to tell a different story.
A story that is incredible, a story suggesting that there are thousands and thousands of people dying from taking prescription medications, every second of every day?  Really, and what statistical model are you using to get that information?  Do you use the mortality tables?  How about the Coroner reports and statistics?  or did you only check one county in one large city?
What makes more sense, that the news can be manipulated for an agenda or that so many people are dying at the hands of doctors than say your average street thug?

Great movie to Watch

Received in an Email

Normally we’re not too focused on what movies are playing in local cinemas, but the release of Atlas Shrugged The Movie (based on Ayn Rand’s monumental book) has become a seminal event in the tea party movement.

And we’ve got some good news to report to you on the success of this movie that has liberal film critics up in arms.

In its debut weekend, Atlas Shrugged surprised everyone, grossing more in ticket sales per movie screen than any other movie save the hit family movie, “Rio.”

And this week, Atlas Shrugged expands – from 299 screens last weekend to 423+ screens this weekend.  You can find the closest movie theater showing the film near you – FIND MOVIE THEATER HERE

The movie, like the book, serves as a wake up call to the dangers posed when governments take on too much power and subvert the will and freedom of the individual.  Specifically, it showcases what happens when entrepreneurship and free market principles are deemed to be unseemly and unacceptable to Big Government.

When you watch the movie you’ll feel like you could be watching the real-live events of today, not a fictionalized account written by Ayn Rand some 60+ years ago.

And the fact that this movie touches on many of the problems we face today, and that we in the tea party movement are fighting, explains why so many liberal movie critics have slammed this movie and urged people not to see it.   They don’t want you to see this movie, because they don’t want you to see the truth about what is happening in America today.

Michael Phillips, writing in the Los Angeles Times, complained about the film’s “tea-stained politics.”
Peter Travers in RollingStones vented, “Who’s the idiot responsible for this fiasco?”
Roger Ebert gave the film just 1-star and whined:  “And now I am faced with this movie, the most anticlimactic non-event since Geraldo Rivera broke into Al Capone’s vault.”
Peter Debruge incorporated a swipe at Fox News Channel in his review for Variety, writing that: “…Atlas Shrugged” becomes a series of polite policy conversations interrupted by Fox News-style updates whenever exposition is called for…”
Yes, we get it, liberal film critics.  You all can’t stand free markets, and you can’t stand that there is a film out there that echoes many of the same evils that the tea party movement here in America is fighting against.

You can see the movie for yourself this weekend, and in the process angry a Big Government, autocratic, liberal.  Watch it again, even if you’ve already seen it once.  Oh, and  be sure to take a friend with you too.
