Did the United States Postal Service fail to meet a court order concerning ballots?
This is something that could seriously create a problem for this election.
USPS Declines to Meet Court-Ordered Deadline to Sweep Processing Centers for Stray Ballots
The United States Postal Service has flat out declined to meet a court-ordered 3 p.m. ET deadline to have its inspectors sweep facilities and deliver mail-in ballots, set by U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan in the District of Columbia earlier Tuesday. The agency disclosed Tuesday that 300,000 ballots had received scans when they entered post office processing plants but lacked a delivery scan that would show they had been delivered. USPS attorneys said, “Given the time constraints set by this Court’s order, and the fact that Postal Inspectors operate on a nationwide basis, Defendants were unable to accelerate the daily review process to run from 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. without significantly disrupting pre existing activities on the day of the Election, something which Defendants did not understand the Court to invite or require.” They said daily inspections were already scheduled for 4 p.m.

Since Oct. 29, USPS says its inspection service has conducted daily reviews at all 220 USPS facilities that process ballots. Sullivan had ordered ballot sweeps across metro areas in several states, including expected battlegrounds Pennsylvania and Arizona, where mail-in ballots must be received by end of Election Day to be counted. After the missed deadline, the judge told the USPS to “be prepared to discuss the apparent lack of compliance with the court’s order” at a hearing scheduled for noon on Wednesday.
Here is something that you will not hear about from the news media, Talking Points from the media and the USPS appear to give an excuse for why the USPS has failed to do the right thing.

But is this an excuse or is it a reason?
Which one of you would be given a pass for failing to comply with a court order?
Any reasonable person can see that this issue here has the possibility of providing an opportunity for fraud!
That is what we should be examining here.
What this might mean for irregular voting issues in this election could be significant more so when you consider that the media “talking points” about counting every vote appears to only apply to those places where more democrat votes are being sought!
WE have a serious issue that we as a nation are facing and that issue is the Truth! Where is the Truth? Why is the Media continuing to count votes! In past elections the numbers that we saw on election night would have been called even though the media have no authority to determine the results of an election what we see here is a clear indication of malice.
If you are at all concerned about the results of this election I encourage you to pray because at this time the only thing that will make a difference is Prayer!
