Update unions take a loss in its alleged contention that unions have rights protected under the constitution.

The fact is that the Constitution does not in fact cover unions and they have no rights when it comes to states rights, the constitution is clear the state has the right and the duty to protect the people of the state from unions that would seek to allegedly bankrupt the state in its use of powers that it does not have.

What the media has not told you about this alleged issue is that not all unions are alike and not all unions are against the people, many in fact have a long standing interest in seeing the American people stand proud and tall when in the past companies sought to pay workers little or nothing, Unions were there to stand in the gap, so not all unions are like these unions are, nor should they be.
