Update unions take a loss in its alleged con­tention that unions have rights pro­tect­ed under the con­sti­tu­tion.

The fact is that the Con­sti­tu­tion does not in fact cov­er unions and they have no rights when it comes to states rights, the con­sti­tu­tion is clear the state has the right and the duty to pro­tect the peo­ple of the state from unions that would seek to alleged­ly bank­rupt the state in its use of pow­ers that it does not have.

What the media has not told you about this alleged issue is that not all unions are alike and not all unions are against the peo­ple, many in fact have a long stand­ing inter­est in see­ing the Amer­i­can peo­ple stand proud and tall when in the past com­pa­nies sought to pay work­ers lit­tle or noth­ing, Unions were there to stand in the gap, so not all unions are like these unions are, nor should they be.

Are the Unions trying to take over in Wisconsin?

Should they be allowed to run a state or for that mat­ter Wash­ing­ton?

Many peo­ple believe that Unions are try­ing to pow­er grab their way into what would alleged­ly be a Dic­ta­tor role in Gov­ern­ment, Vote them out in 2012, nev­er has it been more impor­tant.
