For many years we have been hearing about the decline of our society, if you are interested in history that is a pattern that is worthy of your interest. We hear words like tolerance and phrases like “cant we all just get along” the reality is that for the most part No we cant all just get along.
There is one thing that we all have in common, it is a small thing really but we are all human, we may not speak the same language, we may not like the same foods, but we all laugh the same and we cry the same.
We experience life in the same ways, though for some of us in vastly different circumstances.
We try to do the best we can but sometimes we fall short.
Will the stock market crash now that we have a proven leader that will not work with the congress?
It is possible but not likely and here is why, the stock market runs on greed, its sad but true, if 99 investors decide to move their money away from the market, (probably a good decision) then there will be 99 more that will be willing to take a risk.
But at what cost?
And with what money?
It is really all about what investors feel they can risk and not loose too much.
That is the real question, can small business owners really produce the right kind of revenue in this environment?
Probably not, that is the sad thing, promises have been made once again will they be broken as easily as before?
WE just do not know the answer to that question.
One thing seems clear, if the markets and if Washington continues as it has during the last four years, the stock market will crash and we will see another great depression, millions will starve to death waiting on government trucks with cheese on them to never arrive. Promises have been made but are you willing to trust in what you have seen over the last four years, if you are then I hope your right if your not then buy canned goods enough for your family to survive a natural disaster, (You should have two weeks supply of food anyway) but during these next four years it may be really bad and as the people of New Jersey know you cannot count on a fat governor and a skinny president to do anything to help.
There will be opportunities, but will the promises that have been made be kept, that is the real question and that is what you need to figure out, if you are a true believer and you think that there will be more jobs and medical care will improve, then your good, I hope your right, but if not, then you need to be prepared for serious problems, including a disruption in the food supply.
Soaring energy prices, Gas over $5.00 per gallon and up, (hey don’t blame me, its the way it is in Europe) after all were not paying our fair share? Right?
There are a lot of opinions about this election its historical relationship to events that transpired before the first Great Depression along with so many other things that seem to point to a lack of leadership in Washington but is Mitt Romney really the best man for the job.
The truth may be way beyond understanding, the media has its pick, the people have theirs, however the media appear to be trying to influence the outcome of this election and that is wrong no matter how you slice it.
What if the Republicans take the Senate and the Congress…
Back in time we can see that some of the most abundant times have been when a democratic president and a republican congress worked together to make America great we saw this with President Clinton.
However there is one big difference between these two men President Obama has shown no real inclination to lead and that seems problematic.
If we knew that he was going to do the right thing for America that would be one thing but that did not happen in the last four years that has not happened and that is what many people feel is the problem now, how can we trust what we have not seen?
We look at the handwriting on the wall and it looks like Jimmy Carter all over again down to Americans getting Killed and held hostage on foreign soil.
Carters Presidency was a disaster of epic proportions.
It is amazing to compare these two presidents both in terms of policy and in terms of political issues that have both been the basis of great economic ruin both men
The latest comparison was made by dour New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd in her column on July 30. This is some of what she said:
“Democratic lawmakers worry that the Tea Party freshmen have already ‘neutered’ the president,” as one told me. They fret that Obama is an inept negotiator. They worry that he should have been out in the country selling a concrete plan, rather than once more kowtowing to Republicans and, as with the stimulus plan, health care and Libya, leading from behind.
You know it is something else to watch this thing and you just have to shake your head when a dictator of a nation that were really not getting on well with is allowed to speak on your most important allies most holy day of the year and your not aware of the implication?
You have so many of these things that it just defies the imagination.
As one Democratic senator complained: ‘The president veers between talking like a peevish professor and a scolding parent.’ (Not to mention a jilted lover.) Another moaned: ‘We are watching him turn into Jimmy Carter right before our eyes.'”
Dowd who once loved Obama is now souring on her liberal-media-created sensation and now she believes that the comparison of Obama to Carter is a valid one.
So what are the valid comparisons between the presidencies of Obama and Carter that allow for even a Democratic Senator to allege it?
Are you sick and tired of all the liars in office these days….???
Who is telling the truth because in a world where two people are saying very different things it is very rare to not have facts to be able to determine the truth of any one fact…
Looking at the facts it is possible and it appears very likely that David Axelrod Lied to the world about who cut medicare…
They said that there was no inflation for two years, old people including grandmothers all over America know the truth…
They are paying more for food now than they did just four years ago they know this and they are not stupid as the media appear to think that they are, many of these voters know what its like to be hungry during the first great depression and many more feel that we are headed down the wrong path now…
We know the truth and we are not going to be lied to by the likes of a man who should resign from office before he manages to embarrass the entire district of Columbia if that is possible.
We are not stupid we are voters, we are Americans, we are the people and the people are sick of the lies, anyone that thinks there is no inflation is a liar and a thief.
Anyone that thinks there is such a thing as saving or creating a job is a liar and a fool.
Anyone who believes that saving money and saving money that we do not yet have are the same things are fools and need to be voted out of office, if you are sick and tired of being lied to then its time you got up off your couch and voted and do in in November of this year if you are not registered to vote be sure that there are tons of cartoon characters who are registered, including mickey mouse.
Donald duck, and others many of whom are rising from the dead to go out and vote this year as in the past.
If we are to make a difference in this nation and if we are to find a way to save this nation from fools and liars, then the only way this can happen is if we get up and vote.
Vote because if you do not vote no one will get up and do it for you.
If we do not avoid it, will it be even worse now that it was back in 1929?
A great friend who lived through the first great depression told me that this time it would be a lot worse.
She said that back in the days of the first great depression, people knew their neighbors and they were friends.
People, shared meals together, they shared, time together, they banded together in times of trouble and helped one another.
Not so now, for the most part do you even know your neighbors?
If you know them do you trust them with your lives?
Perhaps and perhaps not, that is the dilemma we find ourselves in now.
We may be about to enter into the worst disaster we have ever seen and for the most part we will not even be able to trust those that live close to us because we are so busy doing everything else that we have not taken time to get to know them.
This is what is so disturbing right now when we should be coming together to make things better for everyone, we are promoting class warfare, blaming others for mistakes that adults make. Doing things that make no sense, like investing in solar panels, that do not exist, (allegedly) we are in for a rude awakening soon if we do not make some changes.
For some reason people seem to think that things have to be the way they are because that is the way they have always been.
But that kind of thinking is what has got us here to begin with and to be fair it is not just the last three years, but the last 50 years.
We have to change the tax system, and turn it from a monster of millions of pages, down to three pages.
Simplify our tax system, fire the idiots that cannot figure out simple math.
Empower the job creators to do what they do best, creating jobs, we can do this by removing the stupid rules that are preventing them from doing what they have done for years, creating jobs. We can avoid this second great depression by investing in our own natural resources, not shady corporate welfare.
We can make a difference, but not without real change and not the failed leadership that we have seen for the last three years.
Someone up in the White House, exists a man that campaigned on hope and change that man said that he could do great things, but so far he has not done those things, he has done other things.
WE need a real leader in the White House, someone that is not afraid to stand up for what is right in this nation, ruining America is not what we need, vote them out of office, if they cannot or will not change the way they are, vote them out.
If they cannot or will not change what they have done in the past that has already proven to be a failure, then vote them out.
Simple as that, we cannot afford to watch as people try the same old tired things that have failed world wide, in every place they have ever been tried.
WE simply must avoid this kind of defeatist thinking…
Without Tax reform we may have a second great depression?
We must have tax reform, how hard is that to do?
There are many different, types of plans that can make taxes simple, after all should it not be easy to do?
If Washington is Corrupt and they refuse to do the right thing then it is time to vote them out.
This one may not be the best, but you could certainly create a simple taxing method that saves the tax payers billions.
Anyone making under 30,000.00 pays no Federal Income taxes Simple.
Anyone making over 30,000.00 pays 10 percent
Anyone making between 35,000 to 55,000 pays 12 percent.
55,000 to 250,000 pays 15 percent.
250,000 to 750,000 20 percent.
Simple right, so why is it so hard to figure out how this works?
or you could just develop a simple sliding scale, for both corporate and individuals how hard is that?
the thing here is this they do not want to make these changes because they have all been bought and paid for by special interests, they have been purchased with gold and silver.
They do not want to be exposed for who they are puppets controlled by their masters…
The problem we all face is that we have corrupt politicians, that make decisions based on what small groups of people want them to do, they do not make decisions in the common interest of the American people.
