Hatch Act?

What is the Hatch Act and how could unions be in vio­la­tion of this act that was meant to pre­vent what we are alleged­ly see­ing
in Wis­con­sin, we have unions that are alleged­ly push­ing what real­ly amounts to the over­throw of the will of the vot­ers of the State of Wis­con­sin, we want to know is the Gov­er­nor going to stand up to this treach­ery or will he like those that were too cow­ard­ly to stand their ground in the past, cave to the demands of a spe­cial inter­est group where most of the prod­uct they pro­duce are no longer real­ly alleged­ly need­ed.
