Fani Trial may be over…

In a SCOTUS rul­ing we have a sit­u­a­tion where sev­er­al of the most recent Supreme court rul­ing appear to side with the peo­ple over an over zeal­ous gov­ern­ment.

In par­tic­u­lar many of the alleged crim­i­nal actions were about fed­er­al elec­tion laws which the state of Geor­gia has allowed to con­tin­ue even though the basis for the appli­ca­tion of law in the Geor­gia case was sus­pect.

Now the state of Geor­gia will need to address this injus­tice.
