Is Dianne Fein­stein respon­si­ble by per­haps dis­hon­est means the deaths of inno­cents all over the world?

We may not see every­thing clear­ly just yet how­ev­er it is entire­ly pos­si­ble that the Fab­ri­cat­ed 40 mil­lion dol­lar (demo­c­rat edit­ed report)  might well in the end cre­ate the cir­cum­stances for the deaths of hun­dreds of thou­sands of peo­ple.
