Was the mayor of Baltimore negligent in allegedly ordering police to “stand down” when rioting and arson, robbery, assault and battery, the list goes on and on.
Should Mayors decisions come with consequences?
What if insurance companies were to file a civil law suit for damages caused by unchecked violence with police allegedly ordered to let them burn it.
What can be done to stop this level of destruction?
It is a problem that police can tend to over react, but do you totally blame them?
Sure there are good cops and bad ones, but that does not make them all bad nor all good, training would help a lot.
You see things on TV sometimes that makes you wonder.
