Are Democratic Liberals in Phidelphia Crazy?

It looks like the lib­er­als are at it again, this time in the city where just about any­thing can hap­pen, includ­ing one of the high­est crime rates in the nation, or cer­tain­ly in that geo­graph­ic area, yet the city appears to be more inter­est­ed in how they can sti­fle cre­ative cot­tage indus­tries.

Or per­haps there is a more oner­ous sub­jec­tion, at work here.

One thing for sure the peo­ple run­ning the city of Philadel­phia are not very bright when it comes to the brains and com­mon sense depart­ment.

In a news sto­ry that is gain­ing ground every day, the city has decid­ed that they will now start tax­ing blog­gers?

Wait, they cant do that, can they?

Well they can try, that may be what makes them stu­pid.
