Amazing Election results

Spread the love

The truth about this election will likely not be revealed until much later in this week, not because the media are churning up the election results they want to see either.

Earlier today we noticed something really strange.

Political Pundits Pontificating on the state of the election.

They were actually making statements like

“Too Close to call”

I thought about that for a second because this was at 9 AM the polls were barely open and we have people in the media making statements about how a race is progressing without anything to back up those statements, (no exit polling, not that those polls ever are really accurate anyway) So what right do the media have to begin to call elections and races in various states as too close to call anyway?

Where in the constitution does it give the media the right to call elections in states over in the first place?

It really makes you wonder where and how they received this dispensation of power, was it from the American People?

No…

What about the Constitution?

No again…

So, this really puzzles me mostly because the media are not even in charge of the elections and can we all say, Thank God in Heaven that is the truth.

This does not stop the media from using psychological techniques to try to influence voters, that is just plain wrong…

Yet no one does a thing.

No one stands up and says Hey, what do you think you are doing?

The media needs to stay out of the election process, they need to report facts, Not educated guesses, Not the opinions of others.

The media have been subverting the process of the election for a number of years now and it is time for that nonsense to stop.

The press should be free to report the facts however that freedom does not extend to exerting undue influence on an election process.

They should not be “Calling” Elections that is the job of the state in which the election takes place is it not?

We have relied on the press to report the truth however the truth is NOT what the press are reporting any longer.

Perhaps it is time that each state begin to announce its own election results.

If the press and the corporate run media cannot keep its grubby paws off the election results and stop twisting facts not in evidence perhaps it may be time to visit this in a legislative way.

Factual Reporting is good.

Reporting Opinion as Fact is not good, Calling an election before the polls close?

Not Good at all.

Americans are not stupid and the only ones that are fooled are usually the fools, however it is time that the media begin to report the facts and nothing but the facts, else make certain that when opinion is offered that they state that up front.

People need to be warned when the media begin to play games with the way they report the news.
