That would criminalize just about any kind of copyrighted material that is shown to 10 or more people over a period of over 180 days, which means that this would effects millions of Americans.
Millions, of cases in an already over burdened, judicial system.
Enforcement of this bill would require literally billions of dollars in funds.
When you think about it, the average person on youtube is between the ages, of 18 to 25 which effectively means that the objective of this law would be to place your children in jail.
That my friends seems to me is not a very nice thing to be doing…
When we are faced with the single most challenging issue to effect the US in years, apparently we have some senators that want to put most of the US in jail, that is just insane.
