Can Casey Anthony get a fair trial?

Spread the love

Guilty as charged, that is what we will see, and why is that you may ask?

Why wait, for a verdict, everyone knows that she is guilty, right?

Everyone knows it because the media has told us for days, that they "think" she is guilty.

Simple, this case was tried in the court of public opinion and it was tried in the media.

But ask your self one thing, if Casey Anthony is so stupid, and such a monster, how did she manage to leave no evidence behind?

There are a lot of implications in the idea that this trial has been for the most part played out in the media.

When you have personal opinion presented as fact, can anyone have a fair trial is this the end of the justice system as we know it.

There are indications allegedly that the judge may not be fair minded in his approach to adjudicating, this case allegedly he has sided with the prosecuting agency in allegedly 98 percent of the objections.   Even in stupid cases, the average is 78 percent allegedly.

That is a difference of 20 percent allegedly give or take a percentage point or two, the thing that is really amazing here is that you have what appears to be bias from allegedly the judge in this case, so what is up with that, if it is true can this young lady (I know some people think that she is guilty and should be tired and executed in the press)

The thing is should a media company have only one point of view?

Can this girl get a fair trial, when the media is constantly and allegedly presenting only a biased point of view can she get a fair trial, just curious because it looks like everyone in the world is convinced, that this girl murdered her own child and there is no proof, period, nothing the prosecution has presented is real allegedly they can prove nothing about her actual connection to this tragedy, now, is this woman morally responsible for her child, (Yes certainly) and she should be punished, but without proof can we begin to start putting people to death?

Should the media only present one side of an issue, considering that this is a life and death care, should the media be allegedly biased?

That is something that is serious and it is something that people should seriously consider.
