Bill is mad allegedly and bill is angry allegedly but could it all backfire on him and his popularity now that Glenn Beck is gone?

Bill is Angry why is that?
Last night on national TV Bill continued his proscution, of Casey Anthony regardless that those that sat in judgement of her aquitted her of the charge of murder, which was right, there was no evidence that murder ever took place beyond a reasonable doubt.
No cause of death proven or even known.
No cloroform, found in trunk of car, (unproven electronic "sniffer" technology) does not count sorry bobble heads.
No DNA found, either in the car or at the crime scene, that matched Casey Anthony,
But was there some DNA found there, that matched no one in the Anthony Family?
This case was wrong to begin with now after weeks of trash talking bobble heads like Bill orielly cannot admit when they are wrong simple as that.
There are two things were I take issue with Bills take on this entire boon doggle, that was and may still be the Casey Anthony Trial, and that was that there was no real evidence that any crime took place, yet, everyone Assumed, that there was some horrible crime.
They assumed that there was guilt because the media covered the case in every possible negative light.
Everything about this case screamed that some accident befell this child, not purposeful intent, but accident, terrible and horrible result yes, and punishment should be severe yes.
However, the state had no proof that this woman was involved in this crime.
Yet, Bill is angry, why is that? Because he was convinced, that the girl was guilty of a terrible horrible crime?
Because he was so opinionated that he could not conceive that the girl might not have actually committed a murder at all?
Is that why he is so angry?
You see I have a problem with that simply because the media has a responsibility, to protect the public when they make statements like bill orielly made last night you can be sure that several mentally unstable individuals heard that and may have decided that they need to take the law into their own hands.
When you are a celebrity that is also a media figure, you have a responsibility to protect the public from speculation that may in fact be misplaced, now what would happen if later this year Casey Anthony is released then is gunned down, by some mentally ill person and the first thing that comes out of their mouths is, Bill orielly told me to do it.
Now we know that is not true that bill orielly did not say those words, but to someone that is mentally ill anything that a media figure says might be taken the wrong way, and bill is not the only one either, there were many others Martha McCallum, used words like justice, where is the justice, (allegedly) and there were other comments that could be considered to be incendiary, the fact is clear, here the state of Florida, made a mistake in this case, one that Jess Ashton allegedly is paying for with his job.
What if they passed a law where the families of those that were wrongfully accused, (charged with the wrong crime) that the state had to pay for the legal expenses of the accused, would that not change this no holds barred charging that the state of Florida seems to think is lawful?
Allegedly in the state of Florida if you J walk they charge you will wreckless driving, sound comical but in this case it was accurate, they had a slam dunk case, but they wanted what they could not prove, they wanted death, but they could not prove it, because there was no real evidence.
Perhaps so, that may be something that the legal profession should be pushing for.
The fact remains that there was no evidence that connected this girl with this crime, none at all and that in itself is troublesome, simply because in the world of forensics, it is very difficult to not leave any evidence behind, that is not a natural skill, it is a learned skill.
This girl did not plan this out, and if she was involved in this horrible thing, she had help.
That is the facts, and if the state of Florida had just charged the case with accidental manslaughter, or some other equally easy to live with charge, they could have gotten a guilty across the board, win, but they did not do that they wanted to take the life based on what? Nothing, they had nothing at all, to tie this girl to this horrible thing.
yet, the media is intent upon seeking justice, that is wrong and must stop now.
The media needs to get over itself as judge jury and executioner because that is not the function of the media.
Bill Get over it, and think about what you are saying, because people listen to you and no matter how angry you might be, if someone comes along and takes action on your words, you are responsible for what you say.
